2009 RX350The Lexus RX 350 AWD is getting a little long in the tooth, but is still a good value. It gets its power from a 270hp version of the 3.5 liter V6. 2008 VW Touareg 2For 2008, the Touareg is now the VW Touareg 2 on the VW website. But not a single word on why changes to the vehicle merit the "2" designation. The 3 powerplant options are now marketed as distinct models. The base Touareg VR6 FSI uses the 280hp 3.6 The V8 FSI uses the same 350hp engine as last year, and the V10TDI Twinturbo uses the same 310 hp V10 diesel. But this year, you can buy a VR6 FSI AND a Subaru WRX for the price of a V10 TDI. 2008 MK XThe Lincoln MK X has a neat liftgate lighting system with 16 light-emitting diodes (LEDs), 8 on the outside and 8 inside, at either side of the Lincoln badge, resulting in illumination from "edge-to-edge", as Lincoln describes it, across the width of the liftgate. As bad as the front view is, the rear of this car is pretty good. Lincoln MKX boasts the quietest Lincoln interior yet. 2008 MK XThe Lincoln MK S is powered by a new 273hp 3.7-liter V-6 engine, derived from the proven 3.5-liter V-6 found in the Lincoln MKX and Lincoln MKZ, which was voted one of Ward's 10-Best Engines for 2007. Even with the boos in power, it will still run on regular grade fuel; not premium like so many of its competitors. The AWD unit uses a sophisticated system of clutches to quickly distribute torque between front and rear wheels – up to 100 percent in either direction – as needed, to avoid wheel slip.  The AWD system works in conjunction with the standard AdvanceTrac® stability control system to provide additional stability by transferring torque from side-to-side. 2009 Acura MDX The MDX begins with one of the most powerful normally aspirated 6-cylinder SUV powerplants available in America. The 3.7-liter DOHC VTEC® V-6 produces 300 horsepower at 6000 rpm with 275 lb-ft of torque and requires premium fuel. The MDX comes standard with SH-AWD and third-row seating, Tri-Zone synchronized automatic climate control systems, 18-inch aluminum-alloy wheels, 8-speaker Premium Sound System, and a host of advanced safety features.
It has a shorter wheelbase (108.3inches) than the RL sedan, though the difference is small, and it weighs some 500 lbs more. 2008 A4 CabrioThe new for 2009 Audi A5 is only available as a 2 door coupe (for now). If you are in need of a four door, then the A4 is your model. Quattro AWD is standard, and a It is powered by 3.2 FSI V6 and produces 265 hp and 243 ft.-lbs. of torque.
